How we verify reviews

Only customers who have purchased from us may leave a review. After delivery, we send a personal link to the order's email address; a review can only be written through that link, and only for the products in that order.

We publish reviews regardless of the star rating. The text appears immediately, exactly as written — we do not edit it. Photos appear after we verify them.

We hide a review only if it uses offensive language, contains personal data, is spam, or is not about the product. We do not hide a review because it is negative. We may reply publicly to a review; our reply appears below it.

When we approve a review's first photo, its author receives a 10% discount code, valid for 90 days and usable once, whatever the star rating given. The code is granted once per product in an order. Reviews the code was granted for are marked.

The author appears with their first name and the initial of their last name, and the city only if they agreed to it. Details in the Privacy Policy.
