Legal guarantee
Everything you buy from us carries at least two years of legal guarantee of conformity. You do not buy it and you do not ask for it: you have it. Below is the European Union's official notice, exactly as the Commission issues it.
What that means here
If the print cracks or peels when washed as instructed, if the fabric gives way, or if the product does not match its description, write to us. We repair it, replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
This is not the same as cancelling an order
The legal guarantee covers a faulty product for two years. Withdrawal from the contract and returns are separate, with deadlines of their own.
